At FlyEvent we have been assisting organisers in their events for many years. Whether it be a turn key solution, where we organise every single part of your event, or just providing solutions to some aspects, such as tracking or scoring, we can probably help you.
THE PROCESS
First, it is important you contact us as early as possible with details of your event. When it is, where it is, what kind of event it is and how many participants you are expecting and most significantly, what kind of assistance you require from us. It is not unusual for us and our tracker fleets to be completely booked up to a year in advance!
What kind of help can we offer?
PRICES
Every event is unique in its needs, so to quote a fixed price is not possible. To give an idea though, tracking and scoring positions cost around 1,000-2,500* euro each per event. Complete event solutions are paid by the pilots entirely from their entry fees, which would usually be between 250-300 euro per pilot. Contact us for more information about costs for your event.

This tracker is not yet finalised in design. It will be available from summer 2024
The main features will be a large screen to pass messages, and audio to attract the pilot attention. It will be USB C based charging.
